Residential Septic System Inspection (Standard)

Standard rate includes:

​

• Flow test

• Functionality check of the septic tank and leaching bed

• Visual assessment of surrounding environment (roots, seepage, slope)

• Professional report for real estate transactions
   

Conditions to benefit from the standard price:

• Client should provide an official plan of the leaching bed obtained from municipal authorities.

• Septic tank must already be dug and fully accessible at the time of inspection

• Client must have signed the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and the liability waiver online, confirmed that they have reviewed the documents and agree to sign the paper version on-site the day of the inspection or online.

• Be located under 80 km from Hawkesbury, ON.

Applicable surcharges based on situation:
 

• Tank access requiring manual digging: $100-$300 (depending on depth)

• Travel distance one way, from Hawkesbury, Ontario: 

• Travel distance from 80 km to 120 km (one way): $100

• Travel distance from 121 km to 150 km: $150

• Travel distance from 151 km to 175 km (maximum range): $200
